These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Luxury Escapes Travel Agency LLC and its clients. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept the following terms in full.
01 Introduction
1.1
These terms establish the agreement governing travel and lifestyle concierge services delivered by Luxury Escapes Travel Agency LLC to its clients.
1.2
By using our services, you consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
1.3
These terms may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of material changes in writing.
02 Services Provided
2.1
Luxury Escapes operates as an intermediary, sourcing and booking experiences through third-party suppliers. We do not own, operate, manage, or control any of the services provided, nor do we deliver them directly. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Accommodation booking (hotels, resorts, villas, yachts)
- Private transfers and luxury car rentals
- VIP airport services
- Dining and private chef coordination
- Cultural tours and activities
- Wellness retreats and spa services
- Corporate travel and event planning
All services are delivered by independent providers. Luxury Escapes is not responsible for the quality or performance of third-party services. Clients must review third-party terms before confirming any booking.
2.2
All services are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply depending on service complexity and timing.
03 Client Obligations
3.1
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for all bookings and arrangements.
3.2
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documentation including passports, visas, and any required health certificates.
3.3
Clients agree to make payments in accordance with the established fee schedules provided at the time of booking.
04 Pricing & Payment
4.1
Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis according to the nature and complexity of the requested services.
4.2
Full payment is required prior to booking confirmation, unless an alternative arrangement has been explicitly agreed in writing.
4.3
All payments made to Luxury Escapes Travel Agency LLC are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in these terms or as required by applicable law.
4.4
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as agreed at the time of service.
05 Cancellations & Refunds
5.1
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Fees may be incurred depending on the service type and the timing of the cancellation notice.
5.2
Cancellations initiated by third-party suppliers are subject to the respective provider's own cancellation terms and policies.
5.3
Luxury Escapes accepts no liability for cancellation charges or penalties imposed by third-party service providers.
5.4
In situations of force majeure, Luxury Escapes will endeavour to offer alternative services or, where applicable, refund payments made for services that cannot be fulfilled.
06 Liability & Disclaimers
6.1
Luxury Escapes is committed to exercising reasonable care and professionalism in the arrangement of all services.
6.2
We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including actions or omissions of third-party providers.
6.3
We are not responsible for errors or omissions in information provided by third-party suppliers.
6.4
Any claims, disputes, or issues regarding service quality, safety, or performance must be directed to the respective service provider.
6.5
Luxury Escapes assumes no liability for any adverse effects, unsatisfactory results, or medical issues that may arise in connection with wellness, grooming, or health-related services arranged on a client's behalf.
6.6
Under no circumstances shall Luxury Escapes be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
07 Confidentiality & Data Protection
7.1
All personal data collected is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.
7.2
Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where necessary for the delivery of booked services.
7.3
With client consent, information may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. Clients may opt out at any time by contacting us in writing.
08 Intellectual Property
8.1
All materials, content, logos, and branding associated with Luxury Escapes are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
8.2
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for personal use only. Commercial reproduction, redistribution, or modification of any materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
09 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
9.1
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9.2
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration by mutual agreement prior to pursuing legal proceedings.
10 Force Majeure
10.1
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure results from causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
11 Severability
11.1
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
12 Entire Agreement
12.1
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Luxury Escapes Travel Agency LLC and the client, and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings whether written or oral.
